I'm so looking forward to this evening. I will be attending a Krishna Das concert at the Granada in Dallas. I'm also excited because Krishna Das is allowing me to use some of his music on my DVD which will be released soon. I am a huge fan of his music and of him.

Also, this weekend I will be attending a 2 day Yoga Workshop with Master Yogi, John Friend. He has developed and teaches a style of Yoga called Anusara, or "flowing with the heart." The more I've learned about him, the more I've become passionate aobut his teachings and have wanted to study with him. So, I'll be driving down to Austin this Saturday and staying at The Crossings, another place I've wanted to go to for quite some time.
