Springtime Metamorphosis
So, there is this great event tomorrow night I'll be attending. It's called Springtime Metamorphosis and it's at Move Studio and it's only $5!Join us for an entertaining, invigorating and informative evening with two beautiful yoginis who have studied Tibetan Heart Yoga extensively and now travel and teach this ancient practice around the country.
During the Friday evening dharma talk at MoveStudio (only $5) you'll learn methods including breath techniques, meditation, visualization as well as subtle, yet potent, yoga postures to cultivate your inner powers.
No mat required. Just bring your curiosity and join in the adventure!
Then, after the Friday night talk, we have a very special kirtan guest appearance. Sean Johnson and the Wild Lotus Band from New Orleans are coming back through Dallas that eve! There will be a lovely, heart opening candlelit kirtan for you to enjoy. RSVP here: http://event.pingg.com/SpringtimeMeta (space limited!)

Monica, the organizer of the event, said she'll be making raw chocolates...sweet! I love it. And, I'm really excited to hear this music...it's supposed to be incredible...and to dance and move with my fellow Yoga friends...I love dancing. I realize, more and more, it's really one of the most healing movement therapies there is.
Anyhow, just wanted to let you know about this inspiring event. I love a couple of these quotes so I'll share them with you. If I don't write again before the weekend...have a great weekend and I'll be back next week! Om namah shivaya~
