(Picture of hip-hop mogul Russell Simmons practicing Yoga.  I read Russell’s book, Do You! a couple of years ago and it was awesome.  Russell has actually practiced Yoga at exhale spa in Dallas where I teach.  How awesome is that.  We love you Russell.  Thank you for being and sharing your Light in the world and reminding us we have it within ourselves to shine it, too.

I’ll be out of town this weekend visiting a friend.  But, just wanted to write a short post.  Also, I’m really looking forward to being on Good Morning Texas in the morning.  I’ll be appearing on Channel 8 in Dallas between 8:30 am and 10:00 am cst.  I’m sure the clip will be posted on their website and I will hopefully be able to post it here, too.  They are doing a segment related to meditation because of the new and highly anticipated movie Eat, Pray, Love starring Julia Roberts, as I’m sure we all know by now, that will be coming out this weekend.  Yea!  I’m really looking forward to seeing it.  Meditation is powerful.  Meditating in a group is even more powerful.  I’ve realized this over the last couple of years that I’ve been meditating regularly with a group of advanced meditators.  It’s amazing the powerful changes it’s supported me in making in my life and, also, how it’s allowed me, as Russell talks about, to transform my inner world to realize a better outer world.  One love.  Compassion.  Loving kindness with all beings.  This is the way of Yoga.  I hope you enjoy this video.  Much love to all of you.  Thank you for being in touch through the True Yoga Blog.  I feel and appreciate your support through this growing community of like-minded, spirited readers everyday, wherever you may be in the world.   Jai guru~Victory to the Light.
