When I first moved to Dallas two years ago, I was so fortunate to come across your classes. I was not in good shape (athletically) and was homesick and very upset, emotionally. Your yoga classes really turned me around. Besides getting me back into good physical shape (obvious), it has really helped transform other aspects of my life. It has given me confidence to set and achieve new goals for myself, physically, professionally, and personally. It has also taught me how to better manage stress in my life so I can be more productive in other areas. I am a better person for having known you and learning your style of Yoga.
