True Health & Wellness Fair
At the True Health & Wellness Fair, participants learn how to take the health of their body, mind and spirit to a new level, shed unwanted fat and toxins from their body and stop dieting and begin living healthy once and for all.
We cover it all- from the powerful techniques of cleansing and colon therapy, to stress relief techniques for well-being with Yoga, Breathing and Relaxation, to effective supplementation. Participants get to experience the powerful technology of live blood cell analysis to determine the true health of their bodies from the inside out!
Throughout the Health Fair, participants enjoy complimentary chair massage, samples of Thai Yoga Massage, and nutritious and delicious snacks to fill themselves up with feeling amazing in every cell of their body!

The True Yoga Challenge is a 4 week transformation program for physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health. During this 4 weeks participants:
- Create and keep a commitment to practice Yoga/Exercise regularly.
- Incorporate Raw Foods (salads, raw nuts, fruits, vegetables) into their diet 5 days/week to experience the amazing and positive benefits of raw food nutrition. (Modifications may be necessary for some people.)
- Learn how to prepare raw and healthy snacks including: tomato pizzas, young coconuts, bananas foster and more
- Feel amazing and create total health in every cell of their body.
